The infrastructure layer
between creators and AI.
StreamGenie is the marketplace. The Operators Lab is the community behind it — people who understand that how data is captured matters as much as the data itself. Capture operators, creator power users, and integration builders: this is where we coordinate.
Physical AI needs real environments
Robotics and embodied AI labs cannot train on synthetic data alone. They need real kitchen counters, real doorknobs, real human motion at human speed. That data does not exist at the scale they need — yet.
The creator economy is underpriced
Platforms monetize creators through ad CPMs that make cents per thousand views. A single hour of first-person robotics data is worth multiples of that — to the right buyer. The arbitrage is real; it just requires the right infrastructure to access it.
Provenance is the moat
Scraped data is legally tainted, spatially uncalibrated, and consent-ambiguous. Commissioned, certified, instrumented data from a network of trusted operators is something a scraper structurally cannot replicate. Being early in that network has compounding value.
Three ways to operate
Capture operators
Run capture sessions — ego + exo rigs, structured environments, task-scoped recordings. Learn the protocols, produce high-fidelity datasets that command premium rates.
Creator operators
Submit at volume via the StreamGenie marketplace. Understand which campaigns convert, what buyers actually need, and how to build a sustainable income stream from your content.
Integration operators
Build on top of our pipeline — commissioning systems, quality tooling, distribution integrations. Access the data specification docs and get early access to the API.
Understanding the opportunity
Example rate for kitchen manipulation recordings from a frontier robotics lab — paid per approved hour of footage.
Creator keeps full ownership. Licensing is opt-in, time-boxed, and revocable. We never acquire perpetual rights without separately stated consent.
AI Training · Clipping · UGC · Live Highlights. Each with different pay models, different buyer types, and different operator opportunities.
See how it plays out in practice — our case studies walk through real project shapes, from marketplace campaigns to in-house POD captures.
