Marketplace Terms
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Important notice
These Marketplace Terms apply when you participate in campaigns on StreamGenie. By submitting content to a campaign you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
Scope
These Marketplace Terms govern your participation in StreamGenie marketplace campaigns — submitting content, licensing footage, and receiving payouts. They supplement the general Terms of Service.
Submissions
- You must own, or hold all necessary rights to, every piece of content you submit to a campaign.
- Submissions must meet the requirements stated on the campaign page (duration, format, content rules).
- Submissions are reviewed before acceptance; we may decline a submission that does not meet the campaign requirements.
Licensing
When a submission is accepted, you grant the campaign buyer the license described on the campaign page. You keep ownership of your content. Licensing for AI-training campaigns is opt-in and time-boxed as stated on each campaign.
Payouts
- Earnings are calculated using the pay model shown on the campaign page (hourly, per submission, per view, or budget pool).
- Approved earnings are paid to the PayPal email on your account. Keep it up to date in Settings.
- Minimum payout is $10. Approved work is typically paid within 3–5 business days.
Conduct
- No content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
- No artificially inflating views, engagement, or any metric a campaign pays on.
- Repeated declined submissions for rule violations may lead to removal from the marketplace.
Changes
We may update these Marketplace Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued participation in campaigns after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
