StreamGenie has two plans: free, and Automate. Everything about the subscription — upgrading, managing, cancelling — lives on the Automate page; here's how the edges work.
Automated ingestion of your streams and VODs from Twitch, TikTok and Kick, automatic delivery of eligible footage to distribution partners like Troveo, and priority support. It's $30/mo, currently $20/mo at launch pricing (or $200/yr).
No. The free plan gives you the whole marketplace — every campaign, manual uploads, and a free Troveo connection. Automate adds the automation: we pull in your archive and keep delivering new footage without you lifting a finger.
Everything is on the Automate page at streamgenie.ai/automate. On the free plan you'll see pricing and checkout; as a subscriber you'll see manage and cancel options. If you cancel, you keep Automate until the end of the period you've paid for — no partial lock-out.
Billing runs through Stripe. If a renewal fails or you need to change your payment method, email support@diffraction.agency and we'll sort it — mention the email on your StreamGenie account.
Email support@diffraction.agency with the charge date and amount. If we got something wrong — a double charge, a charge after cancelling — we'll make it right.
